Kenafeh and Tea at Le Gourmet

Kenafeh (كنافة) is a Palestinian sweet made of very fine vermicelli-like pastry.  We drizzled this liquid sugar (looked like hand sanitizer!) on the cake part which was necessary since the cake part was a little dry.
