The GPO main building was designed as pigeon loft to symbolize pigeons which were used to send messages in ancient times all over the world.

The post office was easy to get to from the financial district. The unique building stands out so it is easy to find. There is lots of parking available in a huge parking lot connected to the post office. The post office is at the top on the third floor of the parking lot.
It looks like this is another place where postcards are sold.
