The Olympics Through Media exhibition at Katara is absolutely fantastic. Be sure to get a tour by the sweet interns. They are really knowledgeable and will really make the exhibit!

I thought it's a great exhibition too but wasn't sure if I was biased since my husband is the curator of it. Glad to hear you liked it too!
