It's official. The best authentic sushi in Qatar is at L'Wzaar in Katara. Apparently all Japanese in Qatar agree on this, so I had to test it out. The chef there is Japanese, the fish was fresh, it was made correctly, and the price was decent. Yup, it's the best, no question.

The wasabi was inside the nigiri and was quite strong like the real stuff in Japan.

The chef also prepared the shrimp heads (from the shrimp nigiri sushi) for us in the special way that they are completely eatable.
An amazing meal and for a second it felt like we were in Japan.
