Some kittens having dinner on a street in my neighborhood. When I got too close, the mother cat was hissing at me!

After the rain in the city center of Doha

Several days of rain and even quite a bit of thunder and lighting, which is very unusual for Qatar, left puddles of evidence around the city.

The center of Doha is also busy with construction of Dohaland ‘Musheireb’, a 35-hectare site which will transform the architectural centre of the capital city, recreating a way of living that is rooted in Qatari culture.
